Founder + Principal Broker
As the Founder and Principal Broker of Vantage Point Development, Brannon sets the direction and vision for the firm, overseeing all aspects of client engagements, from land transactions to development execution.
Throughout his career, Brannon has led more than $114 million in real estate transactions, including large-scale land acquisitions and dispositions for both public and private sector. His work is defined by a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach that balances careful analysis with strategic insight, ensuring that every project creates long-term value for clients, communities, and stakeholders.
Brannon’s expertise spans project management, real estate strategy, contract negotiation, and positioning development opportunities for maximum value. He is known for his ability to navigate complex transactions with clarity and integrity, providing clients with the perspective and execution capability needed to turn vision into reality.
Brannon holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a licensed real estate broker in Alabama and Tennessee. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he engages with industry leaders on trends shaping the built environment.
